We will work with your point person to customize your site to meet your
needs, including images that best represent your area, setting up the
initial content such as bridge officers, classes, and events.
We will set up your hosting account, register your domain name (or
re-direct your existing domain name), set up your database for your content
management and for tracking visitors, class registrations, membership
requests, etc.
We will work with you and your members, providing training via email and
phone, to those members who will be responsible for keeping content
up-to-date.
This time frame for this process varies depending on how much time you
and your point person wants to spend and how fast you want to complete the
site. It typically takes an iterative - back and fourth - refinement of
design that can be as short as one week or several weeks. We want you to be
completely satisfied with the end result.
After your site is complete, we provide continuing support and
maintenance. We are always available to help you with any problems or
changes to your site.
